rob i hope you are not using that exhaust manifold gasket .as its smaller than your ports .get the right 1 mate

Yeah drilled the hole, had to open one of the holes out a bit, the one for the right hand dowel.

Engine is now built up, just looking for a flywheel then it can be fitted along with the gearbox....

And a couple of new bits have arrived.

Intercooler...

And exhaust downpipe..

Engine looks nice, nice job on that downpipe too...... But im thinking there going to be a problem with that Head in the piccy on page 1..... It looks soft,squishy,pink and resembles Bri.... but uglier than i remember..

Done a bit more today, Got the engine and box together....

And got them fitted into the car...

Cheers Bri for modding the engine mount and London for helping me get it fitted.

Project on hold. Job loss on the horizon and need need to cut back on the spending. Guess it will go in the garage 'till I get a new job

Not updated this in a while so thought I'll post whats been done since the last update.

Decided to go with OMEX 600 management in the end so got on with the wiring. Out with the old...

Then I made up a new loom...

And fitted that..

.

As the dash is out to fit the ECU, thought I'd get the dash flocked. It should be going tomorrow so had to fill a couple of holes in the dash first...

Got an Airtec radiator for it...

Only thing was that the intercooler wouldn't fit so that had to get that modified...

Need to get a standard actuator and trim some metal off the bracket as it's a little close to the radiator. Got some Vibra Technics gearbox mounts too, should stop it rocking too much.
